About Us
Sri Lanka Stem Cell Donor Registry (SLSCDR) is a national initiative aimed at improving the availability of stem cell donors for patients in need of life-saving transplants.
Sri Lanka Stem Cell Donor Registry (SLSCDR) is an initiative by the National Blood Transfusion Service (NBTS), under the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka.
Our aim is to create a comprehensive database of potential stem cell donors, facilitating matches for patients requiring stem cell transplants.
This registry is a part of a broader effort to enhance the country's healthcare infrastructure and provide more effective treatment options for various hematological malignancies, inherited blood disorders, and immune deficiencies.
